The NZXT Gallery

Thanks ranviper, i don't do soldering very well so the LED swap was somewhat of a challenge for me. Had to get a friend to help me out with the LEDs on fan controller because of the circuit board. But I'm pleased with the way they turned out. Some of NZXT's red sleeved LEDs might be installed in the near future but for now the black/red phantom is finished.

Understandable. I am with you, don't do much soldering, mostly because I don't have the tools on hand. But there's not better way to practice than just doing it. =)

I'd like to re-do the blue LED's on my old apollo I am using for my wife, she likes purple, so I wanna do purple. We will see. Hahaha.

Here's an updated pic.

I know, I'm pumped about the fans. Though I won't use any in my current rig, I know in the future I will. My rig is bright enough as it is with the LED side panel fan, my 2 LED heatsink fans, and the blue nzxt LED strip...haha

The phantom's stock blue 200mm fan and the HIGH INTENSITY blue LEDs in the fan controller and power/HDD would give off enough light to read a book on the other side of the room with no other light source. But now that i have changed all LEDs to red they are not as bright, so im going to add the few extra red LED fans. Plus the 140mm XIGMATEK fan makes to much noise when sped up, so i keep it on the lowest setting.

Noob, please find another place to host your pics.
Ok easy enough, i can. You dont have to be abrassive.

Would it not be easier and nicer to actually tell me what you approve of. Please tell me how to host the pictures then. I dont want to be a dick and use something you dont approve of.

Yea sorry. I had a bad day yesterday.
Nothing went smoothly and i had a weak moment. The old lady was in rare form bitchin.

Thx for the comments guys. Much appreciated. ;)

Added XSPC EX240 at the bottom of the case, temps are insanely cool now with the Swiftech MCR320-XT and the XSPC Radiator!!

Yes, nice rig indeed! Thats some serious res action you got going on there! I almost added my second radiator in the same manner that you did, but wanted a more stealthy look.

Glad to see another Switch 810 representing the awesomeness of NZXT case designs!

The exterior res was a compromise since the case filled up. When i saw it i was thinking i could remove the bottom drive cage and install there but after much thought i attached it to the rear. The rear lighting at the i/o area makes it look sweet. I had to drill the acrylic and make new mounting holes, other than that it was an easy settup.
This is the best water settup ive ever done in terms of temps. I can push the oc's very far and still remain stable. I settled for a decent oc and temps barely move. Insane for a Amd. Its better than my 1156 with a
875k cpu and my 1366 with 950 cpu.
Question for you guys......I recieved my compression fittings and i dont like them so im returning them to frozencpu.com. Do you guys have a good recomendation for ones that will go with my build? Where are you guys buying your parts? Ive used frozencpu because they are in New york and i live in Massachusetts. I also buy from performancepcs.com. Thx

Those two are the leaders in water cooling parts, you arent really going to find better anywhere else, nor will you find better prices.

Seano, what kind of compressions did you buy? I use Monsoon and Bitspower fittings pretty much exclusively since their quality is better than anything else out there. They are pricey, but worth it.

As for your case, I really like the reservoirs outside the chassis. It's different than any other Switch build I've seen. :)

Oh, yeah, those alphacool fittings aren't great. Go with something that has a proven track record, XSPC, Bitspower, or Monsoon. :)

Boobie... Uh... Yeah, Im going to do a little modding to my khaos this weekend hopefully ill get some pics up.

We have the Khaos on sale right now. Wish I had the money. I'd pick one up, they look awesome candidates to mod.

Got a few upgrades, so I snagged a few pics. Corsair Nova 60GB SSD boot drive, Asus wireless card and Asus Xonar 5.1 sound card.

A lot of potential, All it needs is better cable management the airflow inside is insane with all the yate loons.

Looks fantastic. Love the 410, would like to get one for myself eventually. Looks like you could use some tips managing cables thought.. 0=)

Some killer NZXT builds on this site! You guys even make our old "transformer-ish" cases look awesome!
