Finally finished the game. Last level was epic!
I have to say though, game is very good, but just does not have the feel of the original games.
Starts out WAY slow, almost, generic FPS slow. Small room encounter, hallway, small room encounter, rinse repeat. I never really had that crazy epic feel except towards the end (like the last 2 or 3 levels) it just seemed a lot easier and I think that is because they let you move back through the level during most encounters where as the original just stuck you in a big room so you could never really escape and take things on a little at a time.
I am glad they removed the silly bouncy rooms but I sort of missed some of the crazy things like the spinning room and what not.
Still had a great time, still hate kleers and still love those screaming bomb guys just not as awesome as the originals (NOT serious Sam 2 which was a total piece of shit)
If you want mindless fun, get both the original encounters and this.
