MAC OS for PC?

Sort of? Depending on the hardware it's possible to install OS X on a PC, but it's not officially supported and drivers can be problematic. Google a bit, the info is out there.

I believe you can virtualize OSX Server, but not the regular client OS.

Do you mean a Hackintosh?
InsanelyMac and TonyMacx86 are probably worth a look if that's what you're after..

There is not a legal version of OSX for anything other than Apple hardware. OSX Server can be virtualized, but only on Apple hardware according to Apple's license.

Also Hackintosh discussions are not allowed here.

Yea....Apple has effectively crushed anyone from legitimately doing this.

Of course what you do on your own time is between you and Steve Jobs' ghost.:D

There are methods for virtualizing the client OS as well. I'll leave it up to the OP to figure that juicy info out. :)

VMware Workstation 7 or Player 4 with a configuration "fix" to make either of them see OS X client as the server version.

How many of you guys succeed in making the macos get to work on a actual pc?

Plenty of people have. You just need to start with known compatible hardware and it really isn't that hard. Google hackintosh.

"Success" is of course, relative. Getting it to boot is different than getting wireless working, getting audio working, getting GPU acceleration working, getting the webcam working, etc. And of course as Apple updates the OS, they don't care about PC hardware, so what works today may not work tomorrow. Every update is a dice roll.

Works great on a Thinkpad T410. Needed to replace the wireless card, but everything else works great. :) I don't mind OSX, just don't really care for it. I am giving it a chance, though.

Search for TonyMacx86 and start learning. I would suggest using one of the compatible Gigabyte MB's listed. I use a Gigabyte GA-Z68MX-UD2h-B3 with 16 gigs of ram and 10TB raid array. It is very stable and everything works..I have windows 7 running with Parallels so seamlessly its amazing. After 30 years of using PC's I will never go back.
