Does anyone know when companies will release the next group of 27" 120Hz Monitors? The 2011 models all seem to have big issues.

The Samsung 950D is not being sold by Amazon anymore they have a disclaimer up on the site.
The Asus VG278 seems to have many issues.

The Samy 750d does not have a connection I can use, I need DVI. I did not want to try the expensive adapter. I was thinking it could introduce some kind of input lag.

Acer seems to have a decent one HN274Hbmiiid. Some sites gave it a good review and some did not.

Is there a time schedule when companies release new models?
Thanks in advance.

I too would like an alternative. Hopefully a Samsung panel with matte screen, VESA mounts, and DVI.

Well....CES is next week so maybe we will get some good news.
I just tried the Acer last weekend. The monitor was really nice. 2d 120hz gaming was wonderful. 3d mode wasn't so great, maybe it was the 1st gen Nvidia glasses. Because it was over $700 and not comfortable for 3d, I returned it.
I keep reading that 3d Vision 2 is much better.
I was also interested in the samsung but it is not compatible with Nvision and that stand just bothers me. I like symmetry!

There's the Samsung S27A700D, which is a S27A750D with a traditional case/stand and DVI-D instead of Displayport. I'm unsure as to when it will be released.

Color was pretty good. It probably could be tweaked to be better. Not sure where you live but they have them on display at Fry's. It was definitely better than the HannsG I'm using now!

im using the samsung S23700D is its fricken awesome!!!. tried the Asus VG278h monitor and was total crap compared to the samsung
