I'm not sure what has happened, but hyperthreading seems to have stopped in Win7.

2600k
Asus Gene-Z mobo.
It is enabled in the bios.
I am overclocked to 4.6.
Prime does detect and run 8 threads. IBT does not. Neither does my video applications.

Is this a form of throttling?

8 cpu threads show in Task Mgr under Performance.

I've rolled back the overclock and HT seems to work again. Not sure whats going on.

Try changing or toggling one of these settings, until your Hyperthreading is working again, then report back with the setting you used.

BCLK: 100.03, multi X46
USB3 Turbo mode (if applicable): Off
Internal PLL Overvoltage: On, Off
VTT: 1.15
VCCSA: 1.00
DDR : 1.55v
CPU Vcore: 1.4v
Loadline Calibration: Very High (or 75%)
Raise the CPU current/TDP limits as well (not sure what the settings are in your board).

One of these should get HT working again.
Once it's working, go backwards until you find out what fixed or broke it.
