My "Blur" finally finished downloading, but I may not get a chance to play it 'til Sun.
 
I'm considering Dirt 3.

Can anyone tell me if this Dirt release has proper multiplayer?

If I only have on friend playing with me can I fill out the rest of the field with A.I. cars?

Do you "drive through" your human multiplayer opponents or can you actually make contact?

FYI, I picked up Batman when it was on sale, but it's saying my key is registered with another Live ID. =\ Since it's a 3rd party game, it has some Windows Live tie-in, which is kind of a PITA in of itself, but the fact that somehow my key has already been used is even more annoying.

Ticket in with Steam support, no word back besides a "someone will get to you soon" 10 hours ago. :( Not sure if anyone else has seen this before/fixed it, but I'm thinking they double isused a CD key or someone enumerated mine before it was ever handed out. All I wanna do is play my game. :(

So annoying.

still going to pass on RAGE for now as I can wait until the game hits 10 bucks. I have enough games to keep busy until that happens.

I watched a playthrough of the game, not that impressive imo.

Save your 10 bucks and order a pizza instead. ;)
 
I played Rage on the xbox 360, since my friend had it for it....

I thought it was a very decent game...Like someone else said...not revolutionary, but it was pretty fun...

lol, it has to be better than Crysis 2 though. hopefully the rumors of a high res texture pack for RAGE come true. if it does I will certainly grab the game when it goes on sale for 10 bucks.
 
Every single day Steam has had a daily deal seemingly taken directly from my wishlist.

I love them, but I hate them.

I read this often. If you are expecting a high resolution pack for the whole game you are in for a disappointment -- it is never going to happen. Carmack has explained (you can find the video on YouTube) that he would like to do a pack, but only for a section/level; doing so for the whole game would not be feasible because the Megatexture tech means the pack would be hundreds of gigabytes in size.

Now ETQW used this Megatexturing and I thought it looked/looks pretty good, does this look at least as good, better or worse?
 
I paid full price for RAGE. I loved it. Still do. Got my moneys worth out of it thats for sure.


Also, is STEAM still broken? I can't press pictures, or any links in my Steam Store... its annoying.
