Sorry to hear that. I just recently found out that if you have a costco membership and want a warranty on a tv, then you can get a squaretrade warranty through costco for cheap. Here's the link:

You don't need to have bought the tv at costco either. It just needs to be new and from an authorized retailer, I believe.
