Dell Ultrasharp U2312HM 23" LED/IPS $239 FS @eBay

I wonder how this compares to the U2311H? I need two monitors to "enhance" my current U2311H, but they never seem to go on sale anymore.

There are a few e-bay sellers with the U2412M for ~$315 to ~$330 for Buy It Now that I've been watching for a while. Cheaper than $300 from Dell would be (for me) when you figure in tax and California recycling fees. I just don't "need" new monitors right now.
 
I ended up buying the U2312HM from an eBay seller for around $240. Couldn't really justify the extra $70 for the U2412M and the 2312's input lag is one of the best according to reviews which is nice.
 
In for 1 but very tempted by 2. I have 2 U2311H at work and they look great.

I just got two of these as an xmas gift. Gorgeous displays. Makes my old FW900 that needs a calibration look bad in comparison, sorry to say. :(
 
Arrived today, Very happy. No buzzing, light leaks or dead pixels either. Driving DisplayPorts with the HD6870 I won in Dallas this summer. Am going to miss 1680x1050- but this is still a very nice upgrade.

I may snag a third after taxes and give Eyefininty portrait a go.
