Free Battlefield 3 with AMD purchase! I just got this in my email. Not sure how to redeem this offer but I feel jealous having spent $60 on this; I just recently bought two HD 6950s.:mad:

LOL, same here. I just bought my 2nd 6850 and all I got was Dirt 3.
 
Interesting. What is the offer for though? Any brand of those?
 
If you can sell the key, then the chip is a worthy buy.... I've seen people who went from a 1100T 6-core to a FX series 6-core and they say its worth $150ish, not the current price of $180 shipped.... but with the free BF3, you can sell the key and get $40ish, so it'd drop the chip down to $140ish. That'd be better than $175 for an 1100T (brand new price right now)

You return those to the store and wait for a place to get the same cards in stock with a free BF3 code included. These deals are never retroactive.
 
I just bought a second 6970. I wouldn't mind getting a free BF3 to give to a friend. Anyone know if that is possible?
 
if you return it and rebuy it sure....all they are doing is putting an origin key on a card in the box
 
You need either 2 HD cards or a FX+Mobo? Little less hot imo. Good for those who want that of course.

I am assuming it is an Origin key, so you probably can. I would gladly accept being your friend to. :p
