What did you buy to prepare your body for BF3?

I bought a Samsung S27A750 3d 120hz 27" beast for optimal play when I get tired of bezels with my triple U2410s

And now I am left debating whether or not to pick up another 6970...

Total amount spent preparing my body for bf3 so far is six hundred and change.
 
Planning on lots of sleep monday day. I should probably hit the gym hard monday morning too. Dont think ill make it on tuesday... or wed for that matter.

YES!!! Oregon IPA's are the tits....I'm a big fan of Ninkasi as well.

Edit: Just noticed the Maui Brewing glass. Have you tried their coconut porter? It's amazing....drool.....
 
just bought a 6970... got a 27" samsung monitor last black friday... hardware wise i'm ready to go

as far as body goes... i'm gonna get lots of sleep and maybe get a 4 pack of redbull for tuesday evening/night

i'm so ready for this game... i've waited long enough

Ninkasi puts out excellent beer, we're spoiled up here in the pacific northwest with great micro brews. haven't tried Maui's coconut porter but i'll put it on the list :)

The 27" is definitely nice but I'll never play a game without eyefinity ever again lol
 
I am going to make a few phone calls, contact some people to see if I can get ahold of some drugs that will allow me to stay up all night and play this game until it is time for work in the morning.
 
2x 6950s and a Logi G400.

i will probably take the wife out for dinner the night before......this should help with wife agro when its released:D
 
I have never ordered anything that ships from Origin, let alone EA. So, I gotta make sure they will get my copy to my house in time.
 
I am going to study very hard for all of my exams, earlier than I usually do. I'm also going to finish any upcoming projects this weekend. I guess you could say the only thing I bought was scantrons :D

How does this help one get ready for BF3? :p after classes are done, start playing BF3 immediately without a care in the world!
 
Bought the rig in my sig. Components arriving on Tuesday from Newegg. Same day as Battlefield 3 comes out. Should be a nice treat. Upgrading from a core 2 duo, 2gb ram, 8800gtx system.
 
i get off work on the morning of the 25th, i'll probably be tired and frustrated from the night before but i plan on staying up for as long as possible, and i'm off work till the morning of the 29th :) four full days of bf3. and my wife already knows about this, she is very supporting of my habit. case of beer, quart of rum, snacks, energy drinks, k-cups is whats on my shopping list. don't really need an upgrade, this computer has been kicking ass and taking names since february.
 
I'm going to get lots of sleep, have a toilet installed in my bedroom, and wrap up my dev work for a few days, so I can play guilt-and-break free. Ok, not the toilet... but I did clear my schedule so I can enjoy the game :D.

P.S. 30" S-IPS 2560x1600 monitor... looks so gorgeous on it... (homer simpson drool)
