Antec EA650 on sale for $40 AR + Free Ship. Solid no frills budget supply that won't catch fire. No modular, no sleeved cables, but it'll get the job done.
 
one nice thing about this PSU is both PCIe cables are 6+2.
 
I just wish it was single rail. Multiple rails really don't work for my purposes.
 
Argh, I just built a box for a buddy that had this psu and the 6850 that went on sale with a $20 rebate for $100. He paid full price for both about a week ago. I don't have the heart to tell him. :(

As for the psu, look at all the wires! He isn't rich so it worked and I was able to tuck the excess wires away. Thankfully he had a decent case to work with. Good, solid psu.
 
I've heard a few bad things about this line. I'm not buying one. The Neo Eco 620 (Seasonic rebadge) is a much MUCH better buy and goes on sale for around this price frequently. It has sleeved cables, too. I use two of them and they've both been running for over a year daily.

edit: LOL it's today shell shocker! 35 bucks! LOL :D
