Brand new. I've pulled it out of the box, realized it wasn't going to work and put it back. 45 dollars shipped. Perfectly willing to send detailed/close up pictures to prove good condition. Would rather help someone else out then give it back to newegg and take the hit from them.

Edit: also, heatware is under my username. I don't have any real history of selling, so would be willing to ship first to a well established member.
