FireFox 7: Move URL popup?

I finally switched from FireFox 3.x.x to FireFox 7 and the only thing I can't seem to change is the annoying URL popup. When your cursor hovers over a link, the URL pops up in the bottom left corner of the screen.

Anyone know how to change where that popup appears?

Mozilla removed the old Status Bar starting with FF5, but you can get it back. Use the Status-4-Evar add-on, and you can configure the link preview that annoys you.

Well the link preview is ok. I just don't like it in the bottom left corner. I want to move it to the bottom right corner.

yeah that thing in the bottom left corner *IS* pretty annoying

what annoys me is when you do a text search on the current page, and leave the text search bar open at the bottom of the firefox window, for some reason any url hover links are inexplicably moved over to the right!
