Dual monitor woes

I just recently got a 27" ASUS monitor and am trying to set up with my 22" as a secondary monitor. The problem is, the screen flickers as seen in this video:

It only does it with both monitors enabled. Otherwise they both work fine independently .
 
DVI / HDMI

switch cables between monitors see if it happens

try it with VGA and an adapter, update drivers...kick it
