I like 90% of the people here love AMD because of the value you get for the $$!!! I've built 3 AMD systems for friends in the last 6 months!!

Thunderbird 1200, Barton 2500 opteron 165... forget the others... want to go back to AMD!

I love AMD because of their capability to deliver performance for a decent price...

Plus I want a 1090T :p

I love AMD and their processors because they provide good competition with Intel allowing us consumers to have super awesome processors at great prices!

Ah my first build in high school, AMD K6-2 450Mhz + Voodoo3 2000 PCI in a day when everyone else was going Celeron 300A.

AMD is the reason Intel isn't a monopoly. I love that they make stuff here in my hometown of Austin also!

I love the fact that there is some competition for Intel. No one should have a monopoly. And AMD is usually the best bang for the buck deal.

AMD has always been on the leading edge of gaming processors. This is an awesome chance for anyone to get a new "core" for their gaming system. Thank you AMD, Directron and HardOCP. "Live [H]ard, Play [H]ard"

I like amd because of price and features. I know when I stick in just about any amd cpu I can run virtualisation, and practically any software. It just works without feeling ripped off. Plus I don't need to overclock to compensate for fake cores. :p In the end it's an easy purchase that is value for money that doesn't leave any regrets or wanting anything more.

AMD are the best for price/performance. It's really just as simple as that.

I've only run AMD processors since the release of the K6-2 400(late 1998, if I recall correctly). My 1gHz Thunderbird system was my favorite, until the launch of the 1055T. They have always given me great performance for the money.

I love AMD, my very first rig ever built was an amd rig. Can't beat their bang for the buck!

I love AMD processors because they're not as expensive as Intel, but they're still good performers.

I love the new Fusion chips in the low end laptops, so much better then the shit Intel calls a GPU.

I've only got one lonely AMD system currently (a C-50 netbook) after just giving two Phenom II systems away to family, so I'd love another chip to play with.

Why I love AMD? My Clawhammer and Venice are still going strong after all these years. :)

I love AMD processors because they are the best bang for the buck and they deliver great performance.

I've always loved AMD. Just bought a 6970, would love a new CPU to go with it!

I've been using AMD since K6-2, however, i went "to the darkside" with my last upgrade - I would love a good reason to come back :)

I love AMD processors because they offer a great price/performance ratio and a featureset that stays the same from top to bottom. Oh and also because I want a free one.

I love AMD because they know how to stick with one socket for more than one year quarter.

Middle name is Blake!

AMD's competition with Intel keeps the market more friendly for consumers. I love AMD because they bring the value and plenty of reliability. My first AMD cpu was on my last rig, an X2 3800+. Even though I'm not running AMD at the moment, I will always consider them when deciding what's going to be the brain in my next box.
