What do you think about the merge for AT&T and T-Mobile?

I'm on AT&T and reception does SUCK ARSE!

Anyone get any recent news on the frequency ranges?

I'm sure T-Mobile customers won't be happy since they go from the best priced plans of the 4 major carriers to AT&T's service and plans. The merger is still far from a done deal though.

I really hope it doesn't get approval.. I'm about 10 months from getting the hell off AT&T and T Mobile was gonna be my first choice but... keeping my fingers crossed.

It won't this was doomed from the start sprint or some tiny one was the only one who had a chance the free will seat it down unless at&t bribes them really well.

T-Mobile is really in a can't lose situation. If it's approved they get a ton of money. If it's not approved they get around $3-6 Billion break-up fee from AT&T, part of AT&T's valuable spectrum, and roaming rights off At&T's network.

I'm pretty happy either way. Either way there will be plenty of people crying about reception issues because they can't stream movies while in underground bunkers.

The unhappy folks will hopefully leave ATT and free up resources for me :D

Greedy bastard ain't I?

AT&T Coverage and speeds are great here. And will be better with T-Mobile. Pricing already seems to be about the same here. And it will improve both their networks. Seems win-win to me.
