Dying PCB

Quick question for the [H]? Has anyone successfully dyed PCBs for their builds? I’ve seen a few threads on other forums, but nothing too specific about it. My “blue” PCB on my EMU 1212m is really getting on my nerves. (Circled in red below….)

 
Could make some sort of shell that goes over the card to hide the fact its blue, or spray paint it works like kamainae said
 
Spray paint was a great idea, but... It is kind of hard to score the pcb then paint. There is a bit of residule "stuff" that won't allow the primer and paint adhere.... Just tried it on an old mobo tonight... hmm... things are not looking up.... maby an acid wash? Then primer/paint? (A shell would work for the sound card, but, I plan on ditching the daughter card for a break out box....The bottom card will be ditched)
 
Someone has another spare card laying around maybe try some Krylon fusion paint maybe It will take on the residue.

Although like mentioned...Id be pretty carefull testing it cause of conductivity...

Best thing would be is take thin sheet of plexiglass cut it to fit card, look to see if you have 4 spots on card where you dont see any traces and Dremel through it, Use small plastic spacers and paint plexi black and put it on with bolt/nut type of idea. (Just fyi, pcb's are multi layer now days so if you dont see any doesnt mean u wont hit nothing - your gona take risk doing it)

Agreed. Try an old WORKING card, paint, then see what happens. Be sure you won't miss the part. Good luck and let us know!
