Got to the mall just before they closed and got myself a CE edition reserved just for the little Jedi in me! 1 CE for me, none for your naysayers, haters, Trekkies and cheapskates! Bonus, I don't have to wait for my copy from slow ass Fedex or UPS, I can get it at the midnight launch in town and be playing into the wee hours of the morning! Nah nah! *dances with Star Wars geek glee and fuck all the haters*

I'm perfectly happy downloading the game from the pre-order CE code, playing it while you're at the midnight launch in line to get your box, and getting my retail CE shipped to me for $4 overnighted to arrive on release day in the morning from Amazon (if not sooner, they often ship it before release day) while you pay $20 in tax. :D

Still, grats, it looks like it'll be a great package :).
 
I went ahead and ordered a Collector's Edition. I figure that they'll be one of those items that will go for retarded amounts of money after they are gone. I don't have the ability to tie a bunch of money up in buying up all the CE's I can find, so I've just got the one. And if the price doesn't get retarded on them, well I can probably get my money back out of it at least.

They word is that TOR will launch a few months after the American and Europeon launches to help "offset" the huge demands place on their support, help and computer systems as well as world wide internet usage.
