WTT: Ati Radeon 4850 for sound Card

I have a 4850 512mb DDR3 Single Slot PCI-e card I would like to trade 1:1 for the best sound card I can get. I would also trade for 4GB kit of ram + - $

I can add up to $30 roughly depending on the card offered.

The card was pulled from a Gateway FX series desktop, runs pretty warm around 79c during gaming (seems typical for this card) I have tested it and it works great.
