Thoughts on this Laptop

Lookin to buy a new laptop soon, after I finish building my new Desktop. Going to be starting college soon, for Music and Audio Engineering/Music Production, so I want something that will be good at gaming as well as work as a portable DAW, and this one seems to fit what I'm looking for, but I still never make final decisions on Computers/Laptops/Parts until I ask my fellow [H]'rs, so what do you guys think of this ASUS - http://www.amazon.com/G73SW-A2-Repu...PDKIKX0DER&s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1306990982&sr=1-1

as you can see by the specs in my SIG, I already have a new-ish (bought it back in November) ASUS laptop, which I love, I am a big ASUS fan. Been using their Mobos and Video Cards for a long time, when building PC's for myself and customers. So that's why I am looking at picking up another one of their Laptops, I love mine, just want one a lil more powerful. I've never had a single issue with any ASUS product I've owned (and I've owned A LOT!)

If you can wait a coule of weeks, go with the ASUS G74SX-A1 Republic of Gamers 17.3-Inch Gaming Laptop, cheaper than the one you are looking, with slighly better gpu, with redesign keyboard and cooling. But be warned that its a huge laptop, bigger than the usual 17'' laptops, its more like a 18'', but its a nice laptop.
