So I went and bought another N64 at a local store that deals in classic gaming consoles and games. Walk out cost for 4 controllers, 2 memory cards, 4 rumble packs, Console and Goldeneye64, 130 dollars, but its under a 30 day warranty as these are all referbished, A new unopned offical Ninetendo controller would cost me 45 vs a used referb for 10 lol. But now I load goldeneye which I played till my original N64 broke back in 2005, almost daily I played. But now I can't walk in a straight line, and the controls feel clunky. Any advice besides just keep playing lol. My buddies are comming over this weekend for me to rape them at Goldeneye, and right now my skill is embrassing, 6 years off has hurt it.

Ahhh, the effects of being spoiled by dual-stick configs like the 360 and PS3 controllers. :D

Seriously, the best advice I've got is practice.

i experienced the same thing when i loaded up my n64 again but it came back after a number of single player missions.

best advice i can give in multiplayer is always use the c left and right buttons to strafe. easier to move sideways with those around corners. i almost never take my right hand off them. now i'm back to multiplayer dominance

You know, you can actually set up Goldeneye to use a dual stick control style. You actually hold two N64 controllers use both analog sticks and Z buttons to play.

I didn't give it a try until just recently, but it does work quite well actually. You might want to give it a try. ;)

My friend was addicted to blast corps, I hated the retarded timer on it so I never played it much.

GoldenEye on the other hand......

Yea, I got a few of them from the Goodwill for under $2 each (by the pound). Games and controllers I find the same way. :)

You have a GW outlet, lucky. Wish we had one.

I usually see them with 2 controllers for $8.
