Time for a WOOT-OFF!

I can never find anything good on woot offs. Last thing I bought was a vornado sometime last year...Yet I still stay up late sometimes! One day I'll have that certain item I'm looking for....just not sure what it is yet
 
They should rename it to Boo! off!!

Cause most of the stuff is the same crap nobody wants.... and when the bagocrap comes out, I have it in my checkout and the damn thing is already gone.
 
I want another copperhead or even diamondback, but I don't want to stay up for it.

It seems the romba.woot.com days are at least lighter than they used to be.

the vizio tv has been up there a looonnnng time. should be price 199 not 249.
dell had the slim 1080p version for $329 new not refurbed like this one.
 
Woot is boo! Sometimes though, it's got good shit. Come on Razer need a back up mouse, come on Woot hook me up!
 
The last BOC I got I ordered 3 and they literally shipped me a single brown lunch bag with a note that said something to the effect of. You have the true bag of crap in your hand but we'll give you free shipping on the next item you order.

The "best" BOC I got was a spanish only Palm Pilot with no way to change it to English...

I've not ordered from Woot in at least 5 years.

Didn't Amazon buy Woot? I always check to see what Woot and Priceplunge are offering every morning. Once in a blue they'll have a great deal.
 
Let's see......sometime last year I bought some philips spark mp3 players, and got audible gift cards with em for like 6 credits toward audible. I felt that was a pretty good deal since I use the mp3 players and they are cheap enough that you're not afraid to wear em when doing something that might break em.

And......I bought some kitchen scales that double as postage scales for about half of what I could find em elsewhere. Was something I needed at the time so thought that was a pretty good deal.

It's usually one of two things that happens on regular woot days: 1) Item is close enough to retail price that why bother or has been on sale for cheaper for a "new" version. 2) Item sells out before 6 AM.

Then you get the occasional oddball seemingly useful item that when you look it up has a good price, decent reviews....and manages to make it till fairly late in the day before selling out. These are the days that are slowly vanishing...they either don't stock enough or they end up in woot offs and sell out in 30 seconds because they had 10 of them.

I don't bother with woot offs for the most part, I might check what's been sold a couple times during the day but I think I've only once actually been around when the BoC goes up and it's gone before I can even login heh.

Kinda sucks, because it's an interesting idea for a site and they do it best of all the "deal a day" sites as they don't have complete and utter shit on their page 99/100 times like the others.

Yes, and as such they charge tax now in some states (WA for one), which sucks.

I haven't bought anything other than shirts from Woot in quite some time. The last decent Woot-Off was like, over a year ago.

lol, very true. Either that or It just gets stuck on the expensive knives for about 3 hours cause nobody buys em.

bah, stay clear of razer headsets, the microphone picks up audio from the cans. very annoying if you voip or use the mic at all...
