Hi Forum,

I'm looking for recommendations on stereo Bluetooth headsets for use with an android phone (original Droid) for listening to tunes, audiobooks and podcasts while on the move. Also, occasional phone calls too.

Cords can be so annoying when trying to jog or such, so I'm looking to see if there is a good "cordless" setup out there that anyone has had experience with.

Thanks!

If cords are annoying i doubt you will like a bluetooth headset. They have to run on batteries so they are generally heavier than headphones should be are uncomfortable.

Maybe someone knows of a pair thats not but thats been my experience with them. Better off dealing with the cord IMO.

dont get the sony ericsson mw600 they dont fully support androidor android doesnt fully support bluetoothheadsets, ie no track id or caller id on the headset.

I have a cheap Rocketfish RF-MAB2 that works quite well for its price (when it's on sale). However, if it doesn't fit your head, it's not adjustable so it's not for everyone.

Weight is negligible and the battery lasts 8 hours.

Thanks for your input. Its not really the weight, its the headset cord gets tangled up, swings around or bunches up when moving, and I've even had it get snagged on things. I usually keep the phone in my pocket and can tuck the slack cord in there, but it tends to limit flexibility.

I'm just looking to see if there is someway to listen to tunes while on the move without needing to attach cable management to myself.
