Don't you just hate it when you are on vacation and you are trying to get that "perfect picture" and then some jackass has to jump in there and ruin the shot? Graham C., one of our readers from the UK, claims that is exactly happened to him....and that I'm the one responsible for the photobomb. Oops!

Funny you mention that since I live 2 blocks from where that photo was taken and just snapped a few myself the other night:

And yeah, sometimes you get just the right setup and wham... TOURON... oops. :D

Was digging the KISS performance on the world's largest "big screen" at the Fremont Street Experience as you can see in some of the shots. Does give one a serious crick in the neck to stand under that thing. Hell, my Wife is deaf and yet the audio system is so loud even SHE wishes they'd turn it down. :)

Damn Joe Average, those are awesome shots...next time you are here, call me and I'll drive through all your pictures too ;)

^^^^ Basically the reaction I just had when I read that, so thanks. :D

Guess that monitor did need to get wiped down after all. :D

COME ON MAN... dammit... /me refers to the image above and spitting up his morning/whatever beverage...

I can see this is going to be quite an interesting Monday. :p

/me is seriously hurting right now from the laughing...

Touché, my good man, touché! :D

There were some articles about taking pictures in places like that to get a clean shot I forgot what simple layer setting to use but makes it simple to remove people.

Honestly, a moving car is supposed to stop, so you can take a picture?

I call fail on the photographer, for a) Not being observant enough to see oncoming traffic and taking the picture fast enough, before the car came into frame. b) Waiting until the car passes.

That particular section of 4th Street, well, there ain't nothing much you can do about it. It's either cars, cabs, or CAT buses (the transit system) and those are either single or double-height depending on which one passes by at any given time.

For what it is, that guy actually didn't have much in the way at all.

I think it is just funny that he is a [H] reader from half way around the world and the car ruining his picture is mine. :D

Use a ND filter to knock the shutter speed down, and anything moving will disappear if you hold the shutter open long enough.

Until Steve just parks in the middle of the picture for 10 seconds.

You live here and actually go downtown???? Haha, I rarely ever set foot in downtown cept to go to the credit union.

Hahaha that's amazing, what are the odds!

Steve, is that a trollface you're doing in that pic, or it's just me? :p

The first picture was hilarious. The modded pics afterwards were fucking priceless. Thanks for the morning laugh guys. :D

Steve, as much as I love my new Mustang... Your Camaro wins in the cool/badass department. Nice car and it's in great shape!

I know, right? That's what made the picture so amazing...to everyone else it just looks like a picture.

Why thank you sir! I love the new Mustangs! I like the new Challengers and the even the new Camaro (though it had to grow on me).

You're very welcome. Even though the car is much older than I am, I still have a fond appreciation for classic American muscle. Looked great, were pure driving machines and sounded way too good :p

Also, it's nice to see that the horsepower wars are back between the Detroit 3. This time with improved fuel economy :D

I don't get it.

I really dont understand why this is news worthy... slow day?

We post things we think are cool.

I regular ol' [H] reader from the UK is on vacation here. He is taking pictures of the Las Vegas Main Street Experience. When he checks his pictures later, he notices that one of the shots he got has ME in it. What are the odds? Seriously, what are the odds?

I thought it was cool. I posted it.

Try calculating the odds of this photo-bomb happening by looking at the (Highly Improbable) variables involved:

-The Photographer is an [H] reader. (The H is very popular, but unknown outside the PC community)
-The Photographer is from the UK not US. (this ties in with the next one)
-The Photographer went in a trip in the US in the area where Steve lives(The location was most likely chosen for the location and not because it is where Steve lives)
-He took a picture just as Steve passed by in his Red Camaro(The odds of being bombed accidentally by a passing car is high, the odds of the car being someone you know but who normally is an ocean away are highly improbable)
-He recognised Steve's car. (He doesn't know Steve personally I assume so he must be very active in the forums and must have been following the website for a while to recodnise his car)

Each of these on their own are improbable, the combination is hilariously unlikely and comical and is why it was worth posting on the site, especially since it involves a member of the staff :)

I'm doing transportation photography and photobombs are very common to me, sometimes it result in really funny pictures.
