Up for sale is a well cared for and used hardware for six months. I had it clocked at 3.4GHz stable and was watercooled since day one YMMV. I didn't go higher because it was already fast enough for my gaming needs, but without a doubt it can do 3.8GHz even 3.9GHz with more tweaking and a good HSF or watercooling. Everything is sold "AS IS"
