What kind of moron charges his cell phone during a burglary? Was this guy expecting an important call? Heh, hung out to dry by a high-tech gadget. Thanks to [H] forum member "cageymaru" for this one.

Montgomery County police arrested a man after finding his cell phone charging at the scene of a burglary, and they said 25-year-old Cody Wilkins has now been charged in other burglaries.

And i bet his phone was this!!

I'm surprised that he broke into a house to charge his phone, surely he had better ways of stealing electricity then breaking into someone's home.

It appears that this guy is either really dumb or just a fool.

I will keep this in mind. Next time I decide to commit a burglary, I will steal someone's phone and charge it in the house I rob.
 
That's almost as stupid as this story that was featured on "The Smoking Gun: World's Dumbest Criminals." These two guys, early in the morning, went to go break into a muffler shop to steal some money; hoping to get an easy pay-day. However, the two employees at the muffler shop told them that they JUST opened that that there was NO money in the safe. They then told the criminals to give them thier phone number and they'd call them when they had some money ...

...Well, Dumb and Dumber came back to the shop and - Suprise! The Police were waiting for them!
 
he probably was wanting to make videos of himself holding stolen stuff and wads of cash so he could put it on his facebook
