New Sandy Bridge chips are up at Newegg now!

329.99 for 2600k
299.99 for 2600

Even Fry's has the 2600k for cheaper and of course there's the MC deal... but for those of you who can't get to those, have at it! :)

Looks like Tiger Direct as the same prices.

In for one 2600K. The extra few bucks for it doesn't bother me. That's why I work hard so I can afford the finer things in life. ;)

Awesome, Got the 2600K order confirmed. :D

Asus P8P67 Deluxe coming from Micro Center

Just ordered mine at Tiger Direct. Got Free shipping and no sales tax :) $499 out the door for the 2600K and the Asus Pro P67...

It didn't give me free shipping, I paid $13.xx for 2-day air. However for $499.99 item price I got the Asus P8P67 Pro, i7 2600K, and a Civ 5 game download. Better deal than the 'egg for sure :D.

I had a free shipping code from last time I bought their. I should have mine by Thursday. I too got the free Civ 5 download code...

Ordered UD4 from Provantage. Board was a few dollars cheaper, shipping was a dollar less, and no sales tax. I love Newegg, but sometimes sales tax kills it for me. Am I a whore for going with the UD4 over the P8P67 Pro solely because I like the way it looks, despite having less features at the same price?

Now gotta hit Microcenter for the CPU.

That is exactly why I don't order from Newegg, the sales tax. I go with TG because that saved me like $80 in sales tax, plus I can still get it shipped 2 day air for like $15, so the delivery is the same time as newegg..

Thank you. I just ordered a 2600k and a ASUS P8P67 Deluxe. Now I need to look into some ram go with it.

Wishing about now I could get a second GTX 580 or somesuch to match my new CPU awesomeness :p .

Got my 2600k in flight :)

It'll be replacing my trusty q6600. Now I just have to put in some overtime to fill that hole in my bank account.

Ordered a i7 2600k. Does anyone know when the Asus Maximus IV Extreme is suppose to be out?

Guess i'll be wating until either Sandy Bridge EX or Ivy Bridge to replace my i7 930. However these 2600K's have my mouth watering.

So the 2600k at newegg is better than other 2600k's being sold for less? Good to know.

I like to save money just like everybody else, but since I don't have a Micro Center close to me I had to purchase one online. I have a preferred account at Newegg so it was convenient for me even if it cost a little more. I guess some of the people on this forum treat nickels like manhole covers. :D

Which is fine, but you basically said you got a better product because you paid more, which clearly isn't the case.

I don't want to get into a pissing match with you, but I only said I didn't mind paying a little more since I enjoy the finer things in life. That ONLY means that I don't mind paying a little more to enjoy a 2600K as soon as it is released. If you inferred that it meant anything else then YOU were wrong.
