Indie PC Game With Completely Destructible Voxel World

Voxels are back! It's been a while. This year has been great for Indy game devs.

I will totally get this when it comes out. I'll even pay FULL price, not steam sale price! (if they go steam)

When used properly HDR does some cool stuff to under and overexposed areas in photos but I can't wait for this fad of cartoonizing everything to go away so we can get back to using it properly.

Looks kind of cool.

However I cringe when I see the word voxel it was something that was imprinted in my mind when I first heard the term used during the development of Master of Orion 3... and anyone who's played that (and was a huge fan of MoO2) knows what a complete cluster fuck that was.

Why do I like the music on that video so damn much? Very cool looking game though...

Wolfenstien 3d!.. Commander Keen looking game play and graphics, yeah voxels are back!
</sarcasm>

No Linux as an Indie game? Pass.

Independent developers don't have many resources as it is compared to the big guys. They need to concentrate their efforts where they will see the most return, which pretty much eliminates the linux community. These guys don't develop games to give away for charity, it takes time and money on their part, why spend that time and money on the smallest gaming market?

Yep, as I said :) ....

Linux is already an incredibly minor platform for anyone to care to target as a big dev... a little dev with lower overall resources has even less incentive to target it.
