With a little imagination, this can seem exciting. Think about it: one day instead of raiding sitting in your chair at home, you could be jumping around spinning and casting spells with your hands in real life. That's way more compelling haha!!
Not likely. High level raiding requires something on the order of 20+ keybinds for most classes which I don't think any gesture vocabulary is cut out to handle. Not to mention the pace of action is often very high. I routinely clock well over 300+ inputs per minute for encounters that have lasted as long as 16 minutes.
