Whew, I was sweating this one for a while. Not for me of course, I was worried for those other guys that might have been outted.

Time Warner Cable, one of the nation's largest Internet service providers, has refused to turn over customers accused in a lawsuit by Larry Flynt Publishing of pirating one of the company's porn films, according to Flynt's attorney.

Now if they'd only do the same thing for any sort of pirate. Not that I condone piracy, but lets be honest it'd be nice if your gateway to the internet showed a little backbone and didn't turn over personal information without a subpoena

Not the first time Time Warner has refused this sort of thing. That's one reason I love TWC ;)

Jeez, and Flynt has touted himself as the oppressed underdog in the past...real man o' the people.

There's only One reason why they won't reveal.

It costs money, resources etc to go through all the alleged IPs.

Now if the law firm were to pay TW for their time they would have no trouble in releasing the IPs.

I use the internet for porn. I don't give a shit who knows.
My last pr0n torrent involved female asian ski instructors, midgets, donkeys and an Jamaican guy named Python. wassup.

I can only hope my ISP will do the same if it ever comes down to this.

For the other guys sake of course :p

maybe they just didn't give out the downloader's identities because it was a company that produces porn movies. had it been the mafiaa they'd have handed them over before they even asked.
