o/c and a failed wu question

if i make a back up of my folding forum at lets say 70% and fails at 80% and redownloads a new unit


can i just kill that folder and start over at 70% with the back up?

you could but i dont think you will get points for it since the client sends back the failed WU. so when you run it again it just shows up as a duplicate and gets discarded, but you can try.

yeah thats what i was afraid of.

It all depends on if the failed work-unit was sent back.

If it was sent back and you download a new work-unit then no.
If it was just deleted and you redownload the work-unit then yes.

But you won't know which one will happen untill it occures.

doesnt matter now when i ran from back up it failed again.
