ASUS In-stock

If you're ordering 6950's, the XFX are $299 with free shipping, which ends up being cheaper than ASUS.
Unless you're partial to ASUS for a really good reason, they're a better buy.

The 6970 is also the same price as the XFX.
So really there's no reason to buy ASUS right now unless you really like them...

I'm to understand that the ASUS 6970 includes a similar to 6800 series "enhanced" PCB and a full aluminum case cooler with copper contacts/pipes, including a cooler layout. There isn't anyone else I know of that offers this, but I could be wrong. XFX was my second choice, but at the moment it seems ASUS is the only one that offers a non-reference, cooler card. It also has a small included overclock, that I assume others will add to their "Black Edition" or whatnot.

Hoping to pair this one with a Matrix version 6970 when it arrives!

Picked up an ASUS card, I just bought a new monitor so this was better than the 570 I was looking at.

damn i just got my xfx 6970 today. the asus card on paper looks a little better for the same money. But iam loving my 6970 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered an ASUS EAH6970 to replace my EVGA GTX470 SC+. Didn't need to upgrade, but I'm having issues with my current card artifacting when starting Windows 7. Happens about one in every 10-15 or boots which usually results in having to restart my system again. This doesn't happen when resuming from sleep. Only when first booting or after restarting the computer.

I'm going to RMA my EVGA GTX470 SC+ once I get the ASUS EAH6970. A friend of mine said his brother needs a new video card and would be willing to buy my old one for about $200 plus shipping. :)

You can also use FatWallet.com cashback when shopping on Newegg to get 2% cashback. The only real downsides are it takes 90 days before you can get your money and you need to sign up for a FatWallet account if you don't have one already. I forgot to go to Newegg.com through the cashback link so I canceled my order before it was charged to my credit card and reordered with cashback. One more thing, make sure your cart is empty before following the cashback link and don't navigate away from Newegg after following the cashback link.
