What stand is that??
++++++++ triple lcd stand

edit - guess the brand is a censored word?
Nice setup, love the desk. I met Olivia Munn in person once. She was a nice girl, at least to me, but I'm sorry to say she's not even half as hot in person as she is in print ::(
I've also met her twice and she was also indeed a very nice person, she also remembered the first time we met which was quite a bit of a surprise.
Gonna have to disagree about the half as hot though haha, when i met her i thought she was beautiful

I'd also like to know what the name of that stand is??

Just t-y-p-e i-t i.n s'o'm'e other way...

Hi all, my first post here so be gentle. :)

Some awesome setups here! I've been so impressed and inspired that I finally decided to finish my own corner. 2x 2007FP's and ZR30w. Bigger table is something I've been wondering, now I had to lift my speakers quite high. Couple pics:

Nice setup...is the AR-15 always out in the open like that?

I think I might be sold as the 2x20" and 1x30" on day in the future when I can afford a 30" lol. Sucks that I don't think that set up is supported in eyefinity. Bkrawk, sexy set up man. I am very tempted to ditch the expensive/hard to find 16:10 and go for a nicer and usually cheaper 16:9 for something like you have for the time being.

I have been saying since I setup my Eyefinity 3 Dell 27", the perfect triple surround setup is 20" Portrait + 30" Landscape + 20" Portrait. I do not understand why AMD or nVidia hasn't bought out SoftTH and incorporated that into their drivers somehow.

Maybe would should all band together and send a ton of emails... :p

I must be out of my bloody mind... I have been looking at everyone's setups and thought I was going to have the perfect setup for me... Glad I hadn't bought anything yet as I was just calculating the space usage on my setup that I have been looking into...

I'm wondering what everyone here thinks of it. The setup would be really cool but the amount of desk space needed as well as the optimal view distance is where I'm off to next with my calculations.

I was looking into doing a triple monitor setup. I was going to buy a 32" LCD Monitor and two 24 Inch widescreen Monitors. My thought was to put each of the 24 inchers on either side of the 32" LCD in a vertical configuration. The tonight I sat down to do that calculations on space requirements. The 32" LCD measures 22" high and 32" wide. The 24" widescreens are 22" high and 16" wide. Since I would turn the widescreen to a vertical postion they would be 16" wide and 22" high.. If I add the width of the three I get a viewing real estate of 64"..

I would only be using the widescreen in vertical for documents, reading, and coding.. All my main work would be done on the 32" LCD.

What are your thoughts on this. With desk depth of 3' from the wall I'm wondering how much eye strain this will cause. My only reasons for wanting the 24" is so that the heights would match up to the high of the 32" LCD. I can't stand having non-uniform heights of my monitors.

I still think I'm going to get this setup but the size of the desk space I will need blows my mind. None of the desks I have now have said space and wouldn't be able to hold said monitors. Currently I only have a 17" lcd monitor and an e-machine T6420 desktop. I'm in serious need/want of a new system.

Just keep your eye out for a deal . I picked up an old desk off craigslist for $20. and then I picked up a kitchen table from the local good will for $20. I cut off about 6 inches off the back side of the table top and used that for a shelf and refinished with some stain and polyurethane. and then installed the finished table top on the old desk frame. it's one of those solid butcher block type tops . about a 1 1/2 " thick. works great for what have.

Because maybe five people on the planet would use it.

You need a $1,000 30" monitor and two IPS 20" monitors which are now only available as used models from years ago. From a business standpoint, I'd never tell my driver team to spend time getting support for this.

The only reason Eyefinity ever made sense from a business standpoint is because LCD panels became so cheap with the flooding of TN panels in the first place.

good point... I never thought of it that way.

Of course, there are individuals who already have this setup that way, but those people already had multiple GPU to begin with, and probably already used SofTH (or didn't), either way, a smaller than usual market :(

As for Eyefinity Buisness, according to Anandtech's interviews, history, and contacts (incorporated into "The RV870 Story," http://www.anandtech.com/show/2937), points towards laptop GPU as the key initiation behind eyefinity

30" + 21.5" x2
ZR30w 27.3 x 3.4 x 17.9 in (69.4 x 8.7 x 45.4 cm) +
ZR22w 20.0 x 9.1 x 18.0 in (50.7 x 23.0 x 36.7 cm) x2
Wouldn't this work if the side monitors were in 900x1600? Seems like a perfect match to me.

Nice FN! Is it real or just an AirSoft?

Yeah, but they could have just made it generic in the first place, so people could use it with whatever setups they pleased. It likely wouldn't have required much more work...

If it were a matter of designing a specific mode for the portrait 2 - landscape 30 - portrait 2 setup, then it would definitely not make sense, however if it is a matter of just unlocking the drivers so that they can be used in any configuration the user desires, then it does make sense...
