BGP? Gettign a T1

static route is your best bet for a single internet connection regardless of your connectivity. having multiple ISP connections would necessitate BGP. As someone had mentioned getting your own BGP ASN would probably be in order.
 
alright. thanks for the info. I'm thinking $3k might be a bit much for the bosses to swallow. dammit. Were preparing for a groupwise to exchange online migration in a few months. We have to move like 500 gigs into the cloud. Trying to see if Cox will bump us up to 100 megs or more during that week/weekend when we do the migration.

Retail pricing on our 100mbit line in Philly is $700/mo. We got in on a promotion, but it's still a steal at $700. I've had zero reliability issues and everyone in my building I talked to before signing the contract had been solid for months/year.
