keep in mind I have a dremel and I know how to use it

ok so here is what I am working with:

the big difference is that I got rid of the old GTX260 and got a palit GTX460 1gb with a Cyclone Fusion HL universal water block mounted on top, also I qam dropping the D5 pump and mounting an 18 watt DDC with XSPC RESTOP

the pump/restop will most likely be mounted up top in between the 2 radiators

I am thinking about cutting a hole for the tubing up top so that I can just drop the tubing straight in

also I am switching to 7/16 Primo Chill LRT black... should make some nice bends

WOW! that's a lot of rad area for what your cooling... of course it depends what your going for ;)

I'd get creative and make some kind of rad box on top of the case and just cut a whole on top like you said.

If you look at the front of your case I'm calling the radiator on the left Rad1 and the radiator on the right Rad2:

I think you should place your res/pump on top over the 5.25" bay, not over the perforated fan grill. Your loop should go res/pump>Rad2>CPU>GPU>Rad1. The flow should be through the top CPU inlet and out of the bottom one, and then in the right inlet on the GPU block and out the left, unless they're designed otherwise.
