Your video card is deffinitely broken. If it has warranty, call EVGA and get it replaced.

what could of done this bad PSU? it was working fine befor then when i tired to run 2 of them in SLI it started messing up

Two GTX295 in SLI? did you try both separately?

What PSU are you running?

I'm not sure what your hesitation to call EVGA is to get it replaced. You paid for the service, why not use it?

i did give them a call.... both cards worked fine i was useing a 1000x PSU and i got them both off c-list so they wont do anything for me

Whatever card is doing that display corruption in the picture is broken. It is unlikely to be any other explanation.

i know what card is doing it but is there anything i can do about it? or am i just fucked?

He said he can't. You're screwed you can try some last-ditch stuff but I'd sell it on ebay/craigslist stating that you think it is defective. You won't get much but someone will pick it up for 15 or 20 bucks to try to fix it.

have anything what might be wrong with the card? anyone seen this befor?

Sounds like Craiglister bend you over the table and had his/her way with you figuratively speaking. That sucks to hear you got a broken card. Hopefully the price was cheap and you didn't lose much money off of it...

they card worked when i got it off c-list i did not get it broke i am thinking the psu messed up one of the cards as the mobo is jacked ass well

Possible but unlikely. It's more likely the card displayed broken behavior erratically before the scammer sold it to you (or he managed to get it to act normal via any number of tricks for a short period of time so he could sell it). Happens on craigslist a lot.

Which 1000W PSU did you buy?

There is very small chance that the PSU may have caused one card to become defective like that.

I missed where you said the mobo is jacked as well... jacked how? It's obviously time to start component testing one-at-a-time.

i did not say it befor but it will not post it starts and just restarts wont even post

The entire system or just the video card? You have to narrow down what is broken before you can figure out what caused it.

i took everything from HDD to CD-Rom and put the 295 in a working comp and get the same img's

If I understand that right (that you took the suspect 295 and put it in a working computer) then 295 is certainly dead. Is mobo dead, too?

i have tested it with a 750x psu and get the samething so far i have not tested the cpu tho need to hardware to do that
