Need a "down-blowing" heatsink recommendation

I recently purchased a lian-li pc-v352 and was looking for a recommendation on what heatsink I should pair it up with. Towers are too tall for this case so I need a "top-down"/"down-blowing" heatsink. Initially I was going to go the H50 route, but I can't install the radiator without modding and I don't really want to go down that road.

I was looking at the cocage MST-140m, Prolimatech Samuel 17, and a couple scythes.

Processor is a stock clocked Q9550, although I would like to OC it mildly.

AXP-140 is another option.

Kinda fond of the GeminII in my sig. Good temps at a fairly high OC.

I used an enzotech extreme-x in the past and was pretty pleased with it, not exactly sure how it compares these days but it is a large, down blowing heatsink!

Is it possibly too tall for the V-352?

I have an AXP-140 with a Noctua 140mm fan and I love. Best down cooling set-up I have used. I however had to purchase different ram since the tall ram sinks created issues. Newer Samuel cooler looks nice as well.
