So I was thinking of fan grills and fan shrouds but couldn't really find any that quite looked like what I went. Then I found these on google.

Apparently the honeycomb grill will act as focus for the air and increase the cooling power of the fans. And I'm thinking of slapping these on the 6 fans I've got on my radiators. I am a little bit worried about the clearance though between fans.

Will three of these fit on a 360 rad and the fans without a problem?Because the dimensions are listed 123mmx123mm I am worried about the spacing. And I believe that my XSPC360 rads use 15mm fan spacing. But it's already a tight fit even with naked fans and silicon grommets.

I'm also considering the silverstone grill/filters.

But I'm wondering if the air restriction from the filter will decrease performance. Then again the shape will work to focus air coming through the fans onto the radiator as well right? Which is my best option for performance?

Here's a pic of some of the fans I'd like to put em on.

I think those beamairs overhang the side of the fans. That would make it so you couldn't use them. If the silverstone ones are like the 180mm ones they make then they don't overhang the frame of the fan. They're also not too tall, so I think it'd look weird. I'm curious as to why you want to use an airflow straightener as opposed to a shroud. The point of a shroud is to fill in the deadzone of the fan. With an airflow straightener this doesn't happen so it really won't improve anything.

it will be a battle between "focusing the air" and less volume of air because of the shroud and thick plastic honeycombs that restrict airflow somewhat.

Bummer. With the overhang factor added, I think you're probably right. They wouldn't fit.
The reason is that if I get shrouds, I will have to get a totally new set of screwsx24 because the shroud would increase the length the screws would need to go through by at least 25mm. I think these are slim enough so that I can just reuse the screws I already have. Plus all the shrouds I've seen don't look that great.

I think I'll just have to settle for the silverstone grills because they will definitely fit. I'm just not a big fan of the snowflake logo though. :p

Those look like they'd impede airflow more than anything. The "gears" on those fan covers go right in the middle of the fan's most effective part.

Already ordered so it's too late. I also got a red and black cable sleeving kits from them. So I can start modding again once they get to my house. I think it's going to look badass once it gets done. Will post pics later. :)

Why don't you use gutted 120mm fans as shrouds? As for screws, you're right. It's difficult to find 6x32 screws that are longer than 2" at your local hardware store. I just made my own though by buying 1ft 6x32 threaded rod, cutting it to the lengths I needed, putting a lock nut on the top, and then cutting a slit through the lock nut and rod so I could use a flathead screwdriver on it. It's very stable and works great.
