Core i7 980x disipador

¿Con un Core i7 980x extreme y disipador intel es suficiente para un overlocking de hasta 4GHZ? ¿O mejor Thermalright Silver Arrow? Gracias

To get a 4GHZ overlocking can I use a Core i7980x extreme with dissipator? or it's better to use Thermalright Silver Arrow? Thank you

Most around here pretty much go with the Thermalright Ultra Extreme, True Spirit or there is a Cooler Master heatsink that is well liked at a lower price. The Silver Arrow looks interesting but I have not seen it reviewed or discussed much and more to the point I cannot recall a post with someone using one and giving us feedback on real world performance.

I am afraid "dissipator" is unknown, to me. Can you provide a link ?

I water cool so was just curious, the air cooling guys will hopefully make an appearance and have an opinion.
