NewEgg: CM HAF 932 Black w/Free Starcraft II - $160 shipped

Doesn't seem like that good of combo deal. The HAF has been on sale for $100 and Starcraft II retails for $60.
 
In all fairness keep in mind that the "black" version of the HAF 932 is priced higher than the regular HAF 932.
 
I think they are giving you the game as a bonus for buying such an ugly case. Clearly they are trying to move the cases as we all know the game is flying off shelves...
 
Why is the "Black" version better than the original version. It seems that it should be less expensive since it does not have the big side fan.
 
Compusa/Tigerdirect was selling the HAF 932's for 99 a few months back. Good case, and actually gave me quite a dramatic temp drop for all my components. My side panel shakes a little bit though.
 
Good deal. This is not the HAF that people keep saying was on sale for $99 this is the black version. Plus free 3day shipping on anything this size is awesome.

It may not matter to many of you but I personally refused to buy the HAF for myself previously because it did not have a painted interior. I have used the case customers and its great, but the bare metal interior just screams crappy 90s computer to me.
 
It looks like a good deal since the HAF 932 Black is a limited edition around $179.99. So the newegg deal is pretty good. The original HAF 932 is a 2008 model, and the Black edition is a 2010 model with all black insides.

Should I return the case and get this black version with the free StarCraft 2 ?

I don't know if the big side fan of the non-black version would be better or not. I am guessing that without the side fan the case would be quieter.

I am more concern with a quiet case.
 
I'd say the ATSC 840 for 170 and no game is a better deal.

ATSC 840

Though I do like both case the ATSC 840 is probably Coolermasters best case IMO>

That is not a deal, that is regular price.

I think the HAF series got hit with the ugly stick, but obviously it was designed that way because some people like that style.

I can see the desired look/effect they were going for, I almost like it.

What I really wanted was a mid-tower 'cosmos-like' case in aluminum, not something that is filled with teenage angst that makes me want to use white out and draw anarchy symbols on it.
