Mud ring cut template?

I had a mud ring cut template 8 years ago when I did a number of network installs a week. My tools were stolen a few years ago and I replaced everything but the template. I havn't been able to find one any where. I have made a few myself but they have never been as good. Does any one on the forum know where I could get one?

Flip them over :) do you have a link or picture ? The ones i use have 4 dots, after putting a small level on the mud ring against the wall, i press it against the wall it leaves 4 dots, then i draw the lines and cut, works 100% every time!

I use caddy plates, they have the 4 pins on the corners, like the previous poster said, flip it over, put a level against the wall, line it up, press down, and cut from dot to dot, perfect every time.
 
I use these some times,

see how there are 4 holes on the outer side ? If you use a pencil, and mark those 4 holes, then connect the dots, then cut the drawn box from the lines-connected-dots, you have a perfect hole every time :)

I can't find a picture of the ones i used to use.
 
Thanks. The link is close but the one I was like the level one in the link but had a ruler on side that let you adjust height from floor. A combination of the two pics below.
