No? Then how about child pornography to post pictures up of naked minors? I am fairly certain that is against the law in most nations these days.
Wow. So you think the human body should be illegal, huh? That's sad.
I know someone who unintentionally received child pornography from a news distribution agent. He still was found guilty for having and distributing it since it ended up on the list, even though as soon as he discovered it, it was removed. It was never his intent to receive, store, or distribute such media, but it happened.
If I'm understanding this correctly, that's wrong and awful and should never have happened. You should not have to register as a pedophile (i.e. end all hopes of living a normal life) because some douchebag sent you a picture and you didn't notice it right away.
Regardless, though, this Streetview picture is not child pornography.
Then expect some guy from Pittsburgh called BOB, to be whacking off to photos of your kid.
I will not let abstract concerns about the activites of a mentally ill person I will never meet interfere with my (or my kids') quality of life.
Child porn is terrible but there is a long list of things that won't solve that problem: banning Google from taking pictures from public streets when kids are outside is one of those.
