Windows 7 Aggrvationg Window Behavior

Everytime I drag a window past the top edge of the screen.... Windows 7 tries to maximize the window ..... No Idea why. How do I disable it
 
That is the new W7 'snap feature'. Personally I love it. But if you really want to turn it off follow this: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/wind...e-drag-window-arranging-feature-in-windows-7/

If you are using Aero you can do Windows+Space bar and do a peak through as well.
