Steam: Bethesda weekend deals, 50%-75% FO3 and Elder Scrolls titles

Love this, the individual games, again, are cheaper then the bundle. Might pick these up, they look like fun games. Gonna wait for Fallout though until there is a Fallout Complete bundle.

Already have them but thanks OP.

Great price for Oblivion. Great game!

In for FO3 and Oblivion

I was just bitching about how FO3 GOTY was 49.99

IT APPEARS AS THOUGH THERE IS A GOD.

I have retail near launch FO3 still haven't even used it yet. [sigh]
I'm sure the expansions would cost more than the $24.99 to buy the GOTY in Steam...I might as well pick up Oblivion while I'm at it and see what the fuss is about. ;)
I swear I'm never buying another physical copy of anything.

Its amazing how dated Oblivion looks now. I was never crazy about the gameplay but I'm in for this and morrowind for archival if nothing else.

Hell yes! I've been holding out for a deal on Fallout 3: GOTY for too long! Thanks OP!!

Got Morrowind, Oblivion and Secret Army of General Knoxx for good measure. As I said, am holding out for a Fallout bundle.

I thought when I got Oblivion GotY Deluxe a year ago for $25 it was cheap, nice prices, if I was not so broke I would pick up Morrowind as well

When you say bundle, do you mean a pack that includes FO: New Vegas or the original FO 1 & 2? Because FO 3: GOTY includes FO 3 as well as its 5 expansion packs...just wanted to make sure you were clear on that.

Nabbed 2 gift copies of Oblivion deluxe due to the awesome sale. Yes mods do work make sure to read steam forum for oblivion to get steam OBSE executable.

Edit: I am also holding out for a better Fallout bundle. Good game, just not quite worth 25 to me when I have 20-30 other games I bought on steam sales recently but haven't played yet. I'm a lifelong gamer but these steam sales pop up faster than I can play through the games I end up purchasing because, dammit, they're so reasonably priced!

When I mean bundle I mean including Fallout New Vegas somewhere down the road, like Christmas when Steam goes on overdrive when it comes to sales.

Already have Oblivion and Morrowind but getting them anyway so I don't ever have to install from the disks whenever I decide to play them again.

Crap.

I ended up buying Oblivion and Morrowind a few weeks ago for regular price.

:(

Fallout 3 is on its way now though.

Bought morrowInd during the Christmas sale and still haven't gotten to it. Now I'm suppossed to add oblivion? Dammit

$5 is an amazing price for morrowind, even 8 years after it's release. it's still one of the biggest games on the market in terms of the sheer amount of crap there is to do.

Gotcha. I too will be passing this up for similar reasons (way too many games backlogged to even think about tackling FO 3 + expansions). I'd probably pick it up for $10 or less but at $25 I can wait for the holiday sale. Even then, if it isn't offered I won't be heartbroken. I played a bit of FO 3 and just couldn't seem to get sucked into it, though that might have been because I had school to deal with at the time also.

Morrowind for $5, on the other hand, is actually more tempting...but still, way too many games to pore through at the moment.

Just wanted to make sure everyone knew that GOTY included all of the recent FO content aside from New Vegas.

In for Morrowind and Oblivion... I already owned Oblivion but only the original launch-day box release, no shivering isles expansion/etc. It's been awhile since I played it, so time to load up on the newer mods and have fun :D!

Same, passing on FallOut 3 for now.

Download a visual mod and it will look like Crysis with 24aa 16af.

Yep, modded Oblivion can look very good even today :D. I put in over 200 hours on my first save file but never finished the main story or the Warrior's Guild questline back then... can't imagine with these mods and Shivering Isles how long this new file will go for .

I've already played Fallout 3 and Oblivion but never got around to playing Morrowind. For $5 I'm in. Thanks.

I'm not a fan of Quarl's and I've run it in the past. If the "sharpness" of textures is what gets you off (as opposed to the quality of the texture drawing in the first place) then by all means have a go at it, but the razor sharpness of the textures is a stark contrast to the rest of the engine and actually makes it less immersive for me because the sharpness simply looks out of place and fake.

I prefer to crank up the AF, it looks better to my eyes, to say nothing of the framerate hit of Quarl's, something not relevant if you don't even see it as an improvement.

WOW!!! $24.99 for FO3 goty is definitely a sweet deal!

I bought FO3 non goty on release date, and I loved the gameplay. I've played the older fo's, and I really liked how they got it to become an fps game in their 3rd installment while still keeping the whole post apocalyptic world.

Totally understandable to pass this up though if you've got a whole bunch of games, especially since a good number of us purchased our fill last Christmas Steam sale xD I bought the Eidos pack and several other games, from the last Christmas sale, and man, I haven't even gotten through a fifth of what I bought >.<

I'm going to go back and play Morrowind, Played the heck out of that game years ago.

In for FO3:GOTY and Oblivion: GOTY. Already own the original FO3 (Steam version), but have been anxiously waiting to play the DLC stuff. Have been waiting for FO3:GOTY to go on sale and here it is. I'll hold off on purchasing FO: New Vegas until X-mas.
