My eVGA's blown caps finally crippled and now the board won't post. I looked into replacing the capacitors but sourcing the caps seems too much of a hassle... and i have been bit by the upgrade bug
if I replace the board, I need to replace at least the CPU, and RAM. I would try to re-use the video card, PSU, etc...

already have a 23" but I play CS: Source in windowed mode at 1280x800

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? etc.
RAID, I want to be able to secure my data for just incase. no need for dual VGA's as I don't really game on the PC much.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? 32bit or 64bit?
Yes, 32bit XP Pro, might move up to Windows 7 64bit (havent decided between home premium/pro) if there's a good deal around here in Canada.
