WTB/WTTF: passive Ati or nVidia AGP 8X graphics card

I need an AGP 8X graphics card to replace the geforce 6200 that died in my sister's rig. Card must be in good working condition and must be Ati or nVidia. Shipping is to 16802.

I have an AGP 9550 by ATI with passive cooling. Shoot me a PM if interested. I can do $30 shipped.
 
Thanks for the offers so far. I forgot to mention my budget is $15 shipped max for the card (can do $15 + trade) since my sister doesn't game and the rig is pretty old as it is. I will make a decision by the end of the week.

Does it absolutely have to be passive?

Minimum of 6200 GPU or willing to go 5xxx?
Does she need DVI or just VGA? Any minimum on RAM?

Card does not have to be passive and 5xxx series is ok. Either DVI or VGA will work and let's say 32mb ram minimum. Must be AGP 8x and working and that's about it. Thanks!
