Hey guys, at least 8 years lurking, first time posting... sorry if this is old news with you guys allready.

PC X900

Its very similar to X1000 - there's a funky red one, fans have led's and the height is probably 20mm smaller.

I have the x1000 and it's a great case, just too expensive, so I'd imagine the X900 will be 50 - 100 usd cheaper to try and open up the market a little,

PC V352

PC V351 owners rejoice, - Lian Li's done some funky stuff with the front of it and made a balls of it (imho), Your V351's should go up in value now, seems they just moved the PSU so it doesn't hang over the CPU, but the PCI card slots...

Posted the proper image links for people like me that are almost to lazy to cut and paste. :D

Thanks for the info. that x900 looks interesting, I love the look of the x1000 but no the price.

its an itx case, and you must be able to hook up MATX board on the top? To test stuff??????

don't have a clue

that's one ugly front on the v352... disappointing... if only they just moved the power supply over the pci slots... fine... but why mess up a good front? o.0 maybe it's just me.

looks like they're powdercoating the interior of their cases now. That's thanks to competition from corsair and silverstone, I guess...

God what is wrong with this company? Congratulations on further screwing up what once was a beautiful design (V350). Did they hire a bunch of Thermaltake rejects recently or something? Sheesh.
The 351 was gauded up somewhat with the vent holes, but it wasn't terribly bad...not THIS bad. I bet the real areas that needed work haven't been addressed still yet...the ridiculously short tiny screws that have to be removed to pull off the side panels, and the heat pocket near the cpu area due to no exhaust fan.

The air flow may be improved for the CPU as the 80mm rear fan is now on the CPU side, but it looks to be at the expense of airflow on the GPU side  This case is crying out for a proper redesign so that it can accommodate a 120mm rear fan.

The 351 is still in their 2010 catalog, so perhaps they knew a lot of people would cry shens on the 352 design :p

1) I like the 352, and yes it does remind me of a thermaltake case. In particular the one I most recently bought, the Element S. I think it's classy
2) The PSU move is a great one, while you may think it somehow reduces the cooling around the graphics card, it does not really matter since most newer high end graphics cards have their own shroud which exhausts out the back and keeps the GPU in a separate thermal environment than the rest of the case.

I was thinking of going with the v35x from lian li for my next build or the lan gear da box. If I do stick to matx and dont jump to mitx then the lian li is going to be for me.

I love my 351 and the 352 would probably be perfect to put my primary PC in if I went matx with my next build, though it looks a bit silly. Still looks better than most of the cases out there in the same class!

Man, I'm so tempted to get a PC-T7 in silver with one of those tiny Mac keyboards and making a nice little Hackintosh out of it.

I like the PC-X900 a lot. Mainly due to its size to be perfect for fitting under my desk. It's about time I toss the P180 and its annoying door!

OMG! That case is sexy!

Anyone wanna buy my 2 PC-8s? One still in the box never opened. :D

Add says the 352 is for the living room. Not quite sure where they envision that being placed with a power button on the front and a side DVD???

Most people using HTPC's are increasingly moving away from physical media, so it really doesn't matter much.

That x900 looks great...I'll take one in black. Hopefully it will be a little more affordable than the x1000 as it is a little smaller (the additional anodizing and window may offset that though)

Bit-tech's report claims that the X900 is £300 MSRP, the same as the X1000.

I saw the PC-X900 listed in the EU and the price is breathtaking! black or silver is €399, the red edition is €479. That would include 19% sales tax. Rough conversion for black/silver: UK inc. VAT approx. £350. Take the tax off and the conversion puts the US price around $430.

That's ridiculous. That x900 case is not worth more than $350US. The same goes for the A77F which is not worth more than $300US IMO.

The case comes stock w/ a window AFAIK.

Some of it is surely price gouging, but otherwise there is no way an x900 should cost more than an x1000. Like WorldEx said, that's just silly. I can understand the red model though, because people are paying extra for the anodized metal along w/ the fun of trying to match components w/ it.

I'm not sure about price gouging, MSRP of €399 seems like it could fit as recent exchange rates have been less favourable and many components have increased in price over the last few weeks. Possibly the EU distributor may have just given retailers a high estimate price and/or are testing the water ahead of actual availability - April 20th maybe? Anyway, even if the price ends up 1/3 lower I think it would still be too expensive.

I could believe the US MSRP is going to be $399 with significantly lower street prices.

Agreed...the LL name brand price premium has slowly crept up to ridiculous levels.
