Took me about 15 minutes to get the e-mail.

I don't know if this is a clarification or not. You can't download the game after signing up. You have to send it to someone else's e-mail (e.g. another one of your e-mail addresses, etc.). It's designed to send to a friend.
 
Thanks OP! My wife and I gifted each other.

For the record, my first sign-up to my hotmail account did not work. Tried sending the email twice and still have not received either after 40+ minutes.

I went back in and signed my yahoo account up. I received this one after about 5-10 minutes.
 
didnt work for me. it is not listed under my offers on the website.

EDIT: it was off to the right by itself. fail on my part

Update: I did finally receive the confirmation emails to my hotmail account. All four of them. It took about an hour.

Thanks for this. I beat Peggle on my iTouch.. got a little game for free on Steam.. now got another one to pwn XD Love this game.
