Looking to buy 30 in monitor

Looking to buy a good 30in monitor. I see that the 3007wfp is on sale right now. Is there a really big difference between the 3007wfp and the 3008. Monitor will be for gaming. Or is there anoher monitor around these prices that is better? Also going to tripple sceen whatever monitor I get in the future.

Get the 3008 if

-you have a shit ton of peripherals that you plan on plugging into your monitor.
-you cannot tell the difference between 5 ms response time and 30 ms response time.
-you are very picky about style.

Get the 3007 if

-you only plan on plugging in the PC to the monitor.
-the response time must be as low as possible.
-you want the 30 inch monitor bezel to match exactly with the other two monitors you put next to it (assuming you portrait two 20 inch monitors, which is the common thing to do and in which case you would go with 2007fp).
 
I really love the apple cinema display....

however, Im pretty certain your not using an apple :(

Either way, they are beautiful
