Thats a Samsung Monitor, not a dell. IM sure you know that, but title is misleading.
 
How long does it take for the cashback to show up with dell? Got 3 of these instead of the other deal.

doh.. edit..I read the cashback and it said the link from bing was valid for 24 hours. took me about 3 hours to place the order. Damn work!

Some people can get cashback .75% at Dell.com and 1% at Dell small business year round on purchases.
 
Anyone know whats up with the shipping delay? I was supposed to get mine on the 19th, now its moved to 11/2.

This sucks. I have a buyer for 3 of my current panels :| choices..

did anyones order get cancelled? i ordered three, and today the charges disapeared. im assuming that means they cancelledi? or going to chrage once they ship?
 
I ordered one almost two weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. I emailed them a week ago and they said it should be to me by the 25th. I still have yet to receive a shipping confirmation. I am glad they have been floating on my fucking money for 2 weeks. I'm very upset about this.

this is why I don't deal with Dell unless I have to. Everything I've ever ordered from them has been late and/or the customer service has been terrible. Even if I have to spend a little more money (which isn't very often), I'd go with newegg any day of the week over dell

I feel the same way now. I even wrote an email to them telling them how disappointed I was in their service. I said if I knew that it would take me 2-3 weeks to get the monitor I need, I would never of ordered from them. They replied and totally disregarded what I said, telling me that the monitor should be here by the 22nd. WILL NEVER order from them again. Fuck Dell Customer Service.

When I got my 8800 GT (shortly after they were originally released) I decided to order from dell as they had the cheapest price at the time. It took my 3-4 days to even get a confirmation email which stated that it would ship in 1-6 weeks.... no one could tell me the status of the order when I called either, so I was hoping for the best. It ended up shipping around a month later which held me up on finishing my build... the mobo didn't have onboard video and didn't own another pci-e card.

completely unacceptable to leave a customer hanging like that, especially since TigerDirect and Newegg both had them in stock, albeit slightly more expensive. It's a shame, their actual hardware is pretty decent... if they had neweggs customer service they'd be a great company

I agree. I just feel like they don't give a shit about the individuals making purchases from them. We dont have giant corporate accounts with them so it seems like we are small fish in the pond and they can just push us around and it wont have any repercussions.

discochan said his monitors were shipped, ETA of the 20th. I don't know when he ordered but mine are scheduled to get here on the 2nd which is far too long of a wait considering im trying to sell my current panels.

I have seen Dell changing prices and terms while the promotion is currently running. They have been making lots of errors on the sale price and quantity of their monitors. The will start a sale then change the terms in the middle of the day. Since Dell contributes this to an error, they can wiggle their way out of honoring promotions or delay shipments. I keep from buying Dell monitor promotions for a while.

They replied to me with that bullshit. I just wrote them another email today telling them that I am still very disappointed in my service, I have yet to receive a shipping confirmation......and I will probably never use them again. I said that if something wasnt done to help me out that i would tell everyone I know not to order from them. I may be a small fish in the pond, but I am a part of A LOT of message boards which post the for sale and hot deals ect and I will post EVERY time I see a dell product in the for sale section about their absolutely TERRIBLE customer service and delivery. I added that they might not give a hoot about my $200, but I can guarantee I will do more than $200 in damage back to them! LOL. I also filled out a survey they sent me after the response about the "quality" of their customer service and I went into detail about how bad it was. Maybe that little $10 egift card that i would have probably been happen with wont look so bad now.
 
As long as I get my lcds, I don't want then to cancel my order on my lcds.

I called Dell. My stuffs going out on the 26th overnight to me. I'm getting a % off coupon.
